Shipping

  • is there a shipping estimate?

    Shipping costs will vary depending on the customers full mailing address and the method/speed with which they would like to receive their Sweets Flower Shop products.

  • do you offer same day delivery?

    Same Day Delivery is available upon request for NYC (New York City) residents only for now.

  • can I change shipping address?

    Absolutely. Just shoot us an email and we can map out the best way to re-route your order.

Payment

  • is this a subscription service?

    Not just yet. Subscription based products will be available soon

  • how do i modify payment method?

    Email us at Hello@Sweetsflowershop.com or DM us on Instagram @Sweetsflwrshop to discuss modifications to payment methods. We also accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and ApplePay when orders are placed through DM.

Refunds

  • can i return an item once opened?

    Items can be returned if not opened. Simply email us or DM us and let us know what he issue is. We are happy to fix the issue or discuss refunds.

  • how do i package my item for return?

    We advise that returned items be packed securely with padding to protect the integrity of the products label. We can only secure your refund if the product is returned unopened and without damage.
